Locked In to Lockeland

Lockeland Table in East Nashville, TN

If you're looking for a delicious and unique dining experience in Nashville, look no further than Lockeland Table (LT). Located in East Nashville, this restaurant is a top to bottom testament to the city's community roots. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating (with reservations being highly recommended).

The menu at Lockeland Table is crafted by talented Chef Holden-Bache and features a balanced selection of dishes that range from rustic to refined. Start your meal with the Empanadas of the Night served with chimichurri or the Smoked Bone Marrow with a pickled red onion and parsley salad, smoked salt, and a grilled baguette.

If you want a light meal, try the WSF Lettuce Wedge Salad with fried green tomatoes and red pepper jam, topped with smoked Kenny's blue cheese dressing. And if you're wanting pizza, they've got five options including a Margherita Italian Crushed Tomato Pizza, with pulled mozzarella, CC Gardens micro basil, and Georgia olive oil.

For those looking for something a little heartier, the 12oz Grilled Pork Chop is served with mac and cheese, local braised greens, and a maple/honey black pepper glaze. The Dry-Aged NY Strip Steak comes with green beans, a sweet tomato and pecan sauté, and a chimichurri. And if you're vegan, they've got you covered! The WSF Vegan Farm Plate offers seasonal rotating vegetables, fall quinoa tabouli, and a cucumber and mint chutney.

To top off the meal, the Chocolate Chip Skillet is a must-try. (Did I ever tell you I love a hot skillet cookie? Now you know!) Served with vanilla bean Bravo gelato, this dish is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

But that's not all Lockeland Table has to offer. They also provide a Community Hour—like a happy hour, but philanthropic, because LT offers a portion of their proceeds during this time to the PTOs of schools in and around Nashville. This program runs Monday through Saturday, from 4–6pm, with snacks, drinks, and a kids menu to order from.

Delicious food from a community-focused restaurant? That's Lockeland Table.

Have you been to LT? What did you think? I’d love to hear!
