Brentwood, Tennessee Neighborhood

Just South of Nashville

I love Brentwood, Tennessee for reasons you will see below. It also reminds me of my elementary school which was named Brentwood Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida.

We would go after school and on weekends and play basketball, on the playgrounds and ride our bikes all over the school grounds. Such fond memories:)

Brentwood is a city located in Williamson County, Tennessee, United States.

It’s a suburb of Nashville and is located approximately 10 miles south of downtown Nashville. As of the 2020 U.S. census, the population of Brentwood was around 46,000 people.

Brentwood is known for its high quality of life, excellent schools, and affluent neighborhoods. It is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in Tennessee and the United States. The city has a thriving business community, with many major corporations headquartered in the area.

Brentwood is home to several parks and recreational areas, including the Marcella Vivrette Smith Park, which offers hiking trails, picnic areas, and wildlife viewing opportunities. The city is also known for its historic landmarks, such as the Ravenswood Mansion and the Cool Springs House.

Overall, Brentwood is a vibrant and growing city with a strong sense of community and a high quality of life.

  1. Puffy Muffin - This locally-owned bakery and café has the BEST Boston Cream Pies!!! They also serve breakfast, lunch, and baked goods, and is known for their delicious sandwiches and quiches.
