A Honky Tonk + Steakhouse? Sounds Rare

KID ROCK'S BIG ASS HONKY TONK

When it comes to bars founded by big names in music, you’ve got plenty of options in Nashville. And one of those is Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk. Here’s what this spot’s got to offer.

First of all, the full name is Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk & Rock ‘n’ Roll Steakhouse—but that’s more of a mouthful than a 16 oz t-bone. Speaking of steaks, the beef is just one of the many reasons to hit up this bar. (They’ve even got a 36 oz Tomahawk Ribeye!)

They’ve also got burgers, chicken, salads, awesome apps (jumbo potato skins, anyone?), and a chili cheese dog. Finish it all off with a slice of chocolate fudge cake or the decedent bourbon butter toffee banana cake. Or have your date get one and you the other—then share. That’s how you play to win. With flavor.

You can pick from local, premium, or domestic beers; wines; or cocktails. And let’s just spend a minute on that last one. To name a few, you’ve got the Detroit Rock City Mule (vodka, ginger beer, and lime), Sweet Southern Sugar (peach vodka, Sprite, and OJ), and Elderberry Shine (Leatherwood Elderberry Moonshine, Sprite, and lime).

Five floors, four stages, six bars, large-screen tvs to catch the game, and Broadway’s brightest stars performing daily. (You can even audition to be the next big thing and perform!) There’s so much entertainment while you eat and sip the night away—all the way until 3am if you want!

Sounds like you should go ahead and plan on visiting this honky tonk / bar ASAP.

Hey, if you’ve already been to this spot, what did you think? Send me your thoughts! I’d love to hear.
