I love food halls

I keep going back to the food hall 5th and Broadway, so to be fair to Nashville's other food halls, I tried another. My buddy made it easy by inviting me to try Vui’s Vietnamese Kitchen Saturday. Then we indulged in 5 Daughter’s Doughnuts after.

Here is my point of "Vui":

I don't actually know how to pronounce "Vui", if you do, let me know. I assume it sounds like view. ;)

It’s always nice to meet friends and family to eat at places such as Hunter’s Station Food Hall because there are options. Something for everyone.

These are some mighty fine options. The food looked really good at all the places. The only problem with food halls is it’s tough to choose the one to eat at. Luckily, my buddy suggested somewhere he loves, Vui’s. I had the rice salad with grilled chicken and it was delicious.

Next, I want to try The Grilled Cheeserie. It’s been a while since I had their classic grilled cheese and tomato soup. Which was the best I have ever had.

After Vui’s I went to 5 Daughter’s Bakery and had their Maple Donut. It was so good. It melted in my mouth. And was made even better with a hot coffee on a cold Saturday.

When I used to live in Franklin near the Factory at Franklin, I would walk to there from my house on Saturday's for the farmer's market.

It was always tough to choose between having a "cheat meal" at Old Fashioned Donuts or Five Daughters Bakery.

Luckily, I didn't have that option this weekend in East Nashville. Five Daughters donuts hit the spot. The next donut shop on my list was recommended by my buddy. I am going to revisit East Park Donuts and then Parlor Donuts. To be continued....

Nash

My goal is to get 150,000 active users in 6 months. Users that get value from what we create.

In order to do this, I need your feedback. Life is a team sport and this is no different.

I loved Dan Sullivan's comment in the audio version of his book Who Not How (which I highly recommend) that went something like this: Creating and sharing is 50%, the other 50% that finishes the piece of work/art is the feedback.

Your feedback is wanted. Your opinions matter.

We will be starting a referral program soon.
