Nashville is ranked #3 Top Moving Destinations

#1 was my home town and #2 I just visited.

Althought there is no definitive answer to how many people move to Nashville daily, as it can vary from day to day and year to year.

Some good sources experts use to figure out the number is Uhaul’s Migration Trends Report and PODS Enterprises simliar report.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Middle Tennessee is not only a top destination for tourists, but for out-of-towners looking for a place to call their own.

PODS Enterprises, a moving and storage company, just released its second annual relocation trends report that identified the top 20 moving destinations over the last year. Nashville came in third, behind number two, Dallas-Fort Worth, and number one, Sarasota.

According to the data, Nashville has claimed the third-highest increase in residents from January 2021 through March 2022.

Having grown up in Sarasota, Florida I can see why it is #1. It has some of the most beautiful beaches and weather in the world, so I am ok with it beating Nashville.

I just visited my good friends, Erick and Parker, in Dallas and it was good times for sure. I’m still partial to Nashville of course, it is my town after all.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Nashville has consistently ranked among the fastest-growing cities in the United States over the past decade.

Between 2010 and 2020, the city's population grew by more than 15%, adding over 122,000 new residents.

In recent years, Nashville has attracted many young professionals, entrepreneurs, and musicians, drawn to the city's vibrant culture, booming economy, and attractive quality of life.

While the exact number of people who move to Nashville daily is difficult to estimate, it is clear that the city's population is growing rapidly and shows no signs of slowing down.
