Real Estate is Under It All
Real estate is under all the phenomenal places we talk about here in Nash's Guide to Nashville.

All the restaurants, bars, venues, museums, outdoor activities etc. all involve real estate.
As a kid I would read about business, investing and real estate. Real estate was my first love.
Then I stumbled upon the book, Building Wealth One House at a Time, by John Schaub and that deepened my love of real estate.
I went to college, then law school and became estranged from my first love. I was distracted building my law firm, 615-NASH-LAW, until I was reunited with my love.
This time it was even better.
In courting her this time, I was determined to learn all I could about her. So I read, sponsored and attended some REIN events and got to know some local investors.

Then I decided on the one asset class I loved the most. Multi-family apartments. I joined Grant Cardone's Real Estate club and 10x'd my learning about multi-family investing and I met some phenomenal people.
It is fun learning all that is involved in multi-family apartment investing.
Through this journey I have developed steps that lead have lead to success in my life and investing*. They are as follows:
Invest in yourself. Learn skills. Stack them and grow.
Invest in increasing your income. Often this is best done by buying (or starting) a business.
Invest the excess cash-flow in income producing assets, often it makes the most sense for this be real estate.
