Everyone knows the best tacos are in Mexico, the next are in people’s homes, the next are in food trucks (I will do an article on this in the future) and then the next best are in these 7 restaurants.

1. Red Headed Stranger - is by far my favorite. Self described as a neighborhood taco shop in East Nashville. If you like fresh and delicious tacos, brisket, Hatch green chiles and other southwestern inspired foods, you’re in the right place.

2. Mas Tacos Por Favor - This local favorite is known for its delicious, authentic tacos with creative fillings like sweet potato and fried avocado.

3. Bakersfield - With a focus on fresh, house-made ingredients and a wide variety of tacos to choose from, Bakersfield is a great spot for a casual meal or happy hour.
